We went on a pilgrimage 2 days ago! It was too see the wells of St.Brigid, the experience was amazing but very tyring. We walked for about half an hour to see the first well, we had to walk around a circle in the well and bless ourselves with the water in it, as you did you had to think of a prayer. Then we walked for another half an hour to get to the second well, this was my favourite well out of the 2, it was so beautiful and really spiritual. Before we went to the wells we visited the round tower, St.Brigid's cathedral and her kitchen. It was a great day :D

Flowers, Lambs and everything sesional
Hey :D
Happy st.Bridget's day! It is officially the beginning of spring! :D
My class have been designing the prayer room for st.Bridget. I was in charge of music with Lauren and Emma, we also helped out with the art group who were painting wall-hangings in memory of St.Bridget. Roisins dad came in to the school and built a small well in the prayer room, it looks great! There are 2 wall hangings, one is a round tower and the other is St.Bridget and her cloak, they look really good the girls are great artists!
